Q: How tall are you?
A: I'm 5'6"

Q: What are you doing to lose weight?
A: Lacy and I have challenged each other to a Bigest Loser-style competition.  We are mainly trying to reduce calories, eat foods that are nutritionally beneficial, and exercise on a regular basis - something we can turn into a lifestyle not a diet.  We are not following any plan specifically, but we are loosely following the Biggest Loser 4-3-2-1 plan.  (4 servings of vegetables and fruit, 3 of lean protein, 2 whole grain, and 1 'other').
